Fusion Dishes

‘Fusion’ cuisine is the name given to dishes that combine ingredients and or techniques from different regions, and that do not typically sit together in the same cuisine.

Asian Fusion cuisine has been very popular in the States and in Australia for decades now. In this cuisine, by contrasting typically Chinese ingredients and techniques against complimentary or contrasting flavours and textures really helps to bring out the unique flavours of Chinese cooking. Feast your eyes on the dishes opposite, where a more modern approach to Chinese cuisine is being presented.
