四川菜 Szechuanese Dishes
Szechuanese food is a style of Chinese food from the Szechuan province of South-West China. This cuisine is famed for bold flavours, particularly the pungency and spiciness resulting from the liberal use of garlic, chilli peppers and the unique flavour of the Szechuan peppercorn. Peanuts, sesame paste and ginger are also prominent ingredients in this cuisine. This cuisine is not for the faint-hearted though! - The flavours are strong, but very addictive! If you like spicy food then you should try some of these dishes.
Flown in from Szechuan to prepare all of our Szechuanese dishes, our chef is a specialist in this cuisine.
